Rules of Use

MEMBERSHIP…Each annual membership is good from the date a person becomes a member to one full year later.  Members can “renew” their memberships at any time prior to their current membership expiring, without any time lapse or interruption to their current membership schedule.

USE OF COUPONS… Business discount offers can come and go with 30 days notice, so it’s to the member’s advantage to visit our website often to enjoy the new offers, as well as take advantage of current offers before they expire.   Read each offer carefully for stated restrictions, conditions and exclusions.  Unless otherwise stated, coupons are restricted to one use for one person, in the life of the member’s annual membership.  Coupon use is restricted to the member and those living in the same residence.  Coupons may not be reproduced, altered, traded or sold.  Any violation of such may result in loss of membership and member may face legal consequences.

DISCOUNTS... Discounts exclude tax, tip, alcohol and tobacco, where applicable.  Tipping for satisfactory service should be 15-20% before the discount.

HOLIDAYS & SPECIAL OCCASIONS... Discount offers, in many cases, may not be honored on holidays & days of special occasion.  To be sure, it's best to call the merchant in advance to inquire as to whether or not the coupon will be honored on the day of question.

HOW TO REDEEM DISCOUNTS… Present your coupon to a participating business at the time of sale, when you place an order at a restaurant, when you check in at a hotel, or mention your discount when reserving tickets for events.  When making reservations over the phone, print out your coupon and be ready to disclose your CityDiscountDeals.com membership I.D., discount coupon #, and expiration date on the coupon.  The merchant will retain your coupon to indicate you have used your discount offer.  The least expensive items up to the maximum value stated will be deducted from your bill, or you will receive a percentage off the designated items, up to the maximum stated value, depending on the discount offer.

REPEAT DEALS… Discount coupons offered as “REPEAT DEALS” may be printed and redeemed continuously, but not more than once per day.  If the offer does not say “REPEAT DEAL” the member should assume the coupon is a one time only deal, only to be used once in the member’s annual membership.
